Ages 13 & Older

This class focuses on teaching basic to advance kicking and punching techniques, as well as self-defense series and grappling techniques.

Students will develop both physical and mental self-discipline.  The class is designed to teach the students martial arts and provide the students with a good physical workout. The class varies from novice to advanced students and from teens to adults. It is a fun and exciting introduction to martial arts and all students are trained for the possibility of belt advancement. A student will develop better martial arts and self-defense skills, a higher level of physical and mental acuity, leadership skills, and fellowship with other students.

No previous martial arts experience is required.
